QUALIFICATIONS

* Male/Female
* Max 30 years old
* Bachelor Degree Majoring in Psychology
* Minimum 2 years experiences in Human Resources Factory field
* Having knowledge of Manpower regulations/Indonesian Labor Law
and its implementation
* Have the ability to maintain and analyze strategic planning for
the human resources operation
* Able to monitor employee data, concealing, and all related Personnel
* Have sound knowledge & experience in HR policy & procedures,
Personnel Matters, Employee Relation
* Able to design and develop training programs
* Good personality, high leadership skill, communication,
conceptual thinking and negotiation
* Computer literate (MS Office, Power Point)
* Highly motivated, honest and responsible
* Able to work under pressure
