Senior Finance Manager Post Date: 25 Jun 09

Reporting to:

* Functional Reporting to Group Financial Controller in Singapore
* Direct Reporting to Country Manager in Indonesia, Jakarta

Responsibilities:

* Manage all aspects of financial & accounting and human resource
functions. This includes reporting, reviewing & performing financial
performance analysis, consolidation, inventory management, cashflow
management, taxation, internal controls, credit control and risk
management, payroll and recruitment.
* Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly and
annual financial and management reports in accordance with accounting
standards
* Develop strategic plans, budgets and cash flow projections with
financial performance measurement and analysis
* Work closely with Group FC on treasury and cash flow management
to achieve optimal cash position from the group perspective
* Assist in developing policies and procedures to improve financial
and operational processes and align with that of Singapore HQ wherever
possible
* Ensure compliance with local statutory and group reporting requirements
* Develop and maintain a good system of internal controls and
ensure compliance with such internal controls, policies and procedures
set
* Assist in managing daily operational issues relating to finance
and internal controls
* Assist in tax matters and ensure all tax filings are done on time
and provide tax advice when required
* Assist in governmental and legal matters
* Liaise with bankers, auditors, company secretary and any other
third party as required
* Supervise, lead and develop finance team members

Requirements:

* Good degree or professional qualification in Accountancy / ACCA
and CPA qualifications
* Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience with at least 5
years of post-qualifying experience and 3 years in a management
capacity
* Strong leadership coupled with hands-on attitude is essential as
incumbent will have to provide leadership and coaching to the team
* Excellent inter-personal skills
* Strong knowledge of IFRS and possess strong analytical skills
* Self motivated, independent, able to multi-task and work under pressure
* Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Bahasa
Indonesia / Malay
* Ability to start work immediately will be an advantage

BM harus dapat menganalisa apa saja yang menjadi problem untuk meningkatkan kinerja cabang, dan harus dapat memberikan solusi yang tepat. BM harus dapat menunjukkan peningkatan performa cabang pada meeting nasional.

 
Persyaratan Minimum:

      Pria min 25 tahun.
    *
      D3 – segala jurusan.
    *
      Mempunyai pengalaman managerial 2 Tahun di Sales & Marketing.
    *
      Menguasai MS Office.
    *
      Mempunyai track record yang baik selama bekerja.
    *
      Menguasai sedikit mandarin.
    *
      Bersedia ditempatkan di Surabaya / Semarang / Makassar.

 

Persyaratan Tambahan:

      Mempunyai kemampuan komunikasi yang bagus.
    *
      Mempunyai kemampuan presentasi yang bagus.
    *
      Mempunyai leadership.
    *
      Bertanggung Jawab.

      Mempunyai pengalaman keorganisasian atau pernah memimpin suatu cabang perusahaan atau project.

      Dapat menyusun planning & target untuk meningkatkan performa divisi – divisi yang dipimpin.

      Mempunyai managerial skills yang dapat mengelola SDM seefektif & seefisien mungkin sehingga dapat mencapai goal sesuai dengan planning & target yang disusun.

      Mempunyai motivasi & semangat untuk mengembangkan divisi yang dipimpin.
    *
      Mempunyai pengalaman dalam coverage sales di Jawa Timur (Surabaya) / Jawa Tengah (Semarang) / Sulawesi (Makassar).

Senior Accountant Post Date: 02 Jun 09

Responsibilities:

* Establish accounting functions for Indonesia Office
* Oversee all accounting operations of the office
* Ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoicing, and finalization of accounts
* Prepare full set of financial reports and various adhoc reports
to GM and Holding company
* Manage accounts payable and receivables
* Prepare operational budgets
* Plan operational cash flows
* Implement budgetary control system and
* Ensure compliance with local tax and accounting regulations

Requirements:

* University degree with an accounting qualification
* Required skill(s): MS Office, Quickbook.
* At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is
required for this position.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens.
* Fully operational in financial processes and analysis; and
* Good time management, interpersonal and people management skills
* Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must
* Knowledge : Tax is a must
* Required language(s): English.
