Company Description

South Pacific Viscose (SPV) member of the Lenzing Group is located in
Purwakarta, West Java. The company has been a producer of viscose
staple fibers and sodium sulfate since 1982. The initial fiber
production capacity has risen from 30,000 to 150,000p.a. The capacity
for sodium sulfate is currently at 90.000p.a.

We have been a producer of viscose staple fiber and sodium sulfate
since 1982. Our mission is to maintain quality leadership in all our
markets.

For our rapid expanding company, we are looking for professionals,
dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated person to fill the following
positions:

Recruitment Supervisor (Code:RS) Post Date: 16 Jun 09

Key Responsibility:

· Conduct selection process – conduct initial screening,
interviewing, personality test and technical test.

· Conduct programs New Employee Orientation and Ensure detail
and comprehensive probation

· Manage recruitment & selection process by establishing
recruitment method and media, selection tools & method and evaluation
system

· Ensure detail and comprehensive probation and contract
renewal evaluation

Technical Required qualifications and skills:

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor 's Degree in
Psychology or Management with GPA 3,00

§ At least 5 years of working experience in recruitment.

§ Familiar with selection tools and behavior interview

§ Ability to commit for 1 year (contract subject to permanent)

§ Willing to work at Purwakarta

General Required qualifications and skills:

· Good knowledge in Computer Applications such as MS Office.

· Highly motivated and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

· Having a good analytical thinking process and integrity.

· Excellent English communication (verbal an Oral) and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to start work immediately
