The role of this position is to :

* Performs recruitment & selection process, shortlisted candidate
and co-ordinate interview with user
* Design, schedule and implement training program
* Review existing training methode and technique and their applications.

The qualifications are:

Í University graduate in Psychology from reputable University
with minimum GPA 3.00

Í Having 1 years experience in Recruitment & Training

Í Good analytical and probelm solving

Í Good command in English both verbal & written

Í Willing to be placed in Mekarsari Sukabumi – West Java
