of the year.

Responsibilities :

*
Support staff recruitment training for all departments
*
Formulate salary standard, staff benefit and performance
management budgeting
*
Lead and executive the action plan to assign the target
*
Formulate training and guidance and ensure full understand of
Hotel Excellency
*
Formulate policies and procedures and monitor the implementation
*
Assist in setting up administrative processes and maintenance of records

Requirement :

*
University degree in Business Administration / HRM or related discipline
*
5 Years in HR related experience and preferred in Hotel
managemet or hospitality industry
*
Knowledge in Indonesia Labour Law
*
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
*
Possess analytical & strategic thingkin' abilities
*
Resourceful, self-driven & enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
*
Good in English
